The following activities do not count toward earning account rewards: ATM-processed transactions, transfers between accounts, debit card purchases processed by merchants and received by Washington Financial as ATM transactions and purchases made with non-Washington Financial issued debit or credit cards. "Monthly Qualification Cycle" means a period beginning three (3) days prior to the first day of the current Statement Cycle through three (3) days prior to the close of the current Statement Cycle.

Reward Information:

When Rebellion Cash qualifications are met during a Monthly Qualification Cycle the rewards listed below will be applied to the next Statement Cycle: Balances in your Rebellion Cash account for the next Statement Cycle up to and including $10,000.00will earn 2.47% interest rate with an Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of 2.50%; and balances over $10,000.00 will earn 0.15%interest rate with an APY of 0.15% on the portion of balance over $10,000.00, resulting in a range from0.36% to 2.50% APY depending on the account’s balance, and you will receive reimbursements for nationwide ATM fees incurred during the next Statement Cycle.

If you believe you have not been reimbursed the correct amount of interest or ATM fees, you must contact us within thirty (30) calendar days after the Statement Cycle where the specific amounts were credited in order to receive the refund.

When Rebellion Cash qualifications are not met during a Monthly Qualification Cycle, ATM fees that occur during the next statement cycle will not be reimbursed, and all balances in the next statement cycle will earn 0.05% interest rate and 0.05% APY.

Interest and ATM fee reimbursements earned during the next Statement Cycle following the Monthly Qualification Cycle in which you qualified will be credited to the account on the last day of the Statement Cycle in which they were earned. APY calculations are based on an assumed total account balance of $10,000.00 plus $100,000.00. Rates and rewards may change after account is opened. Fees may reduce earnings.

If you believe you have not been reimbursed the correct cash back amount or ATM fees, you must contact us within thirty (30) calendar days after the Statement Cycle where the specific amounts were credited in order to receive the refund.

When Rebellion Cash Back qualifications are not met during a Monthly Qualification Cycle, you will not receive cash back on PIN-based or signature-based debit card purchases during the next Statement Cycle, and ATM fees that occur during the next Statement Cycle will not be reimbursed.

Cash back payments and ATM fee reimbursements earned during the next Statement Cycle following the Monthly Qualification Cycle in which you qualified will be credited to the account on the last day of the Statement Cycle in which they were earned. *When account qualifications are met


3 The $25 minimum deposit to open will be made by the Bank at the time of account opening.  There is no minimum balance required to obtain the $25 deposit.  Minors age 13-15 at account opening require a parent/guardian on the account and have lower transactional limits, and no check writing capabilities.  These restrictions will remain in place until the minor reaches the age of 18 or converts to a Teen + Account available for Age 16-17.  Having a parent/guardian is optional for accounts for minors age 16-17 and these account hold higher transactional limits and have check writing capabilities.

All minors will have access to ATM/Debit Card and access to online/mobile banking.  The guardian will have access to online/mobile banking; however will not be permitted to have access to an ATM/debit card on the account. While the teen is considered a minor (age 17 and below), no overdraft fees will be charged. 

Both accounts will convert to a Rebellion CashBack Checking account when the minor accountholder turns 18.  At that time updated disclosures will be provided, overdraft fees will no longer be waived and ATM fees will be charged in accordance with the Rebellion Account Disclosures.  Opt-In overdraft protection will also become available.
